Payment/Credit/Cancellation Policy

30 Days Net from date of publication upon approved credit. Overdue accounts subject to 1.5% monthly service fee. Cancellations must be in writing prior to advertising deadline.

General Requirements

Please note the Live Area in all full bleed ads; additional dimensions should be bleed color/background only. Allow 1/4" safety at gutter of each page. Bleed sizes above include 1/8" beyond trim. Magazine is four-color offset, sheet-fed printed, saddle-stitched; trim size 8 1/2" x 11".

Acceptable Files

We are PC-based and accept PC Quark files (version 4.0 or 5.0, include all fonts), TIFF JPEG, or EPS files. If Mac-based, please export your ad to a TIFF (no LZW compression). Programs not accepted are: Corel Draw, PageMaker, Microsoft Publisher, InDesign. All imported TIFF and EPS files should be 175 line scree, 350 dpi, formatted to CMYK, Grayscale, or Bitmap.

We can accept CD or Zip Disk; or an emailed file compressed in WinZip. See below for contact information. All files submitted must be accompanied by a color proof (PDF or separate hard copy).
