April 1 is the last day for Early Registration Rates!

It's no April Fool's joke! Tomorrow, April 1, is the last day to register for the 18th Annual Southwestern Conference on Medicine for the early discounted rate of $495 for active physicians and $395 for retired physicians, fellows, and residents. On April 2nd, the rates will go up to $520 and $420. On-site registration rates are $570 and $470.
