Online registration is now open for the Eighteenth Annual Southwestern Conference on Medicine! Click here to register, or for more information, visit our CME page here.
Also, for your convenience it is now possible for multiple attendees to register at the same time on the same credit card. To add another attendee simply type in the name of the person you want to register and click "Add Attendee". You will then see the person's name you have just entered in. To add another person, fill out the empty form below the name and continue to click "Add Attendee" until you have enter each registration. To complete the registration, click "Confirm" and you will taken to the payment page. You will have an opportunity to review all the information before your credit card is charged.
