SWC syllabus now available for download

If you are registered for the 2009 Southwestern Conference on Medicine and selected to download your syllabus online for no additional cost, you may now do so by going to www.tomf.org/cme. Please allow a few minutes for the downloads as some presentations are larger than others.
There will also be a limited number of printed syllabi for sale at the conference for $25, and also a limited number of syllabi pre-loaded on jump drives for $8.
