The 2026 Southwestern Conference on Medicine, took place at the historic Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ from Thursday, April 23 through Sunday, April 26, 2026 and was proudly presented by Tucson Osteopathic Medical Foundation in joint providership with Cleveland Clinic. The livestream occurred simultaneously. Registration closed on April 23, 2026. All those who were registered by the end of the day on April 23 have access to on-demand recordings of the entire General Session until June 11.
